Olivia Bax

she/her

Olivia is a member of Court One's board of directors! She's danced competitively since she was two, though these past two years she has spent on her high school's varsity pom team. She is a student at Pinnacle High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has also been a part of AZ Aces, an All-Star competitive pom program. Over these past few months, she has been involved in several volunteering projects, serving as both a counselor for Camp Swift and a member of the teen board of her local children's hospital. Olivia is so excited to see all of the amazing things in store for this organization and is so grateful to be given the opportunity to be a part of it. She is the Content Strategist on the Marketing Team and the Arizona Branch Head.

Om Patel

Om Patel is a Florida-based student advocate, public speaker, and community builder. Outside of Court One, Om captains and coaches competitive speakers across Florida and the US, has helped pass legislation in the Florida Legislature, and interns at a criminal defense law office while working toward a career in public defense and elected office. He believes that access to legal representation, education, and opportunity shouldn't depend on who you know or what you can afford and he aspires to help others find their voice as well. Om serves as the Social Media Manager on the Marketing Team and the Florida Branch Head.

Shishir Tallada

Shishir Tallada is a sophomore majoring in biomedical engineering at Johns Hopkins! He is a Co-VP for Community Involvement in Medical Technology Network, reaching out to local elementary schools and nursing homes to promote the benefits of medical technology! Additionally, he is a Co-President for Humans in Health, a journal magazine that promotes diversity in medicine. In his free time, he loves watching movies with friends! Shishir is the head of the Maryland branch and the Branding Coordinator for the Marketing Team.

Melany Marchan

Melany Marchan is from Houston, Texas. She is a cognitive science major on the pre-med track at Johns Hopkins University with a strong interest in child development, particularly the biological and psychological factors that influence how children learn and grow. On campus, Melany stays involved through volunteering and leadership roles as the Treasurer of SALUD and as a student ambassador at the BSC. She enjoys supporting initiatives that connect students and communities with important resources. Melany is passionate about service, education, and advocating for equitable access to opportunities, especially for underserved communities.

Rayyan Elayyadi

Rayyan Elayyadi is a dedicated student with a strong interest in both STEM and athletics. As someone who plays competitive soccer and actively participates in robotics programs, Rayyan enjoys balancing teamwork on the field with problem-solving in the lab. He has been involved in robotics competitions and STEM-focused projects that aim to make a positive impact in the community. Passionate about innovation, leadership, and giving back, Rayyan is exited to help bring new opportunities to students in Kentucky through STEM outreach and chapter growth. He is the Event Promotion Coordinator on the Marketing Team and a member of the Kentucky branch.

Alex Hamilton

Alex is a senior at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, California. She is passionate about leadership, community service, and creating opportunities that make a lasting impact. Throughout her involvement in leadership positions, she has developed a strong commitment to empowering others and fostering inclusive communities. Through Court One, Alex hopes to raise awareness for Autism Spectrum Disorder, advocate for acceptance and understanding, and inspire others to create spaces where every individual feels valued, supported, and included. 

Madeline Rich

Madeline Rich is a senior at Foothill High School who enjoys helping others and making a positive impact in her community. Through Court One, she hopes to raise awareness for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and promote greater acceptance, inclusion, and understanding. She is passionate about supporting individuals with autism and believes everyone deserves to feel valued and included. By volunteering, educating others, and giving back to her community, Madeline hopes to use her platform to inspire kindness, encourage acceptance, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
